Kokum Sarbat

Kokum is a delicious tropical fruit that is preserved to last throughout the year in a variety of forms like dried skins or sugared syrups.If you want to know more about kokum, click Here

Heres one super easy apetizer that you can whip up in minutes using the sugared syrup.


Serves 1

Ingredients:

25   ml  Sugared Kokum Syrup
175 ml  Chilled water
Salt to taste
Cumin powder to taste 


Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a glass and then,its bottoms-up.
If you're up for it, you could even replace somebody's red wine with this Kokum sarbat.Then, sit back and watch the fun :)
